 An unforgettable day. No words to express my happiness.

It was our field trip day!!! 😍😍🥰

Reached college @7am and we started our journey @7.30am in a tourist bus. Natural science optionals and Malayalam optionals were along with us. We together had a great day. 🥰🥰🥰🤩🥳

First we reached Asan smarakam @ Thonnakkal. There we could see many sculptures and wonderful photos. The memorial holds a collection of manuscripts of some poems of Kumaranasan and his awards. 




Then we reached Sambranikodi island- an island🏝 in Kollam district that invites us to experience the virgin beauty of 'God's own country'. Could explore the beauty of Ashtamudi kayal in our boat journey and could enjoy the visual beauty of the marine ecosystem. Enjoyed each and every moment there. 🥳🥰🥰😍







After that we went to Kappil beach🏖 in Varkala. We played there and could enjoy an amazing beach with a wonderful view. 

We took photos, selfies and collected a lot of beautiful memories. 

"A picture is worth a thousand words. But memory is priceless".

 Today it was the third day of our school induction programme. The day started with prayer song and pledge. Sr Deepa and myself observed Mathematics class of Preeja teacher who was teaching in std 10 on the topic 'applications of trigonometry'. She was following analytic method of teaching and students were very active in the class.  After that we got an opportunity to interact with the students. Interaction was very nice. The medium of communication was in English😂. Was afraid about it because I have difficulty in speaking English. But while interacting with the students we could handle it and interaction went on smoothly😊. The school induction program helps me to identify my weakness and helps to overcome it.Really enjoying the days.  While interacting with the students I asked them " what do you think about the good qualities of a teacher?  It was the last day our school internship phase 2. 35 days passed soon providing me lots of memorable experiences. Thank God for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be in here with my own school and own teachers 🥰❤️. We distributed sweets to all teaching and non teaching staff and to all students in our concerned classes. We presented a gift to school as part of our gratitude. Lots of precious moments... Lots of nostalgia... 💞 St Goretti's school is always have a special stand in my life.Thanks to Sr. Aquina, HM of St. Gorettis and my teacher who gave me all consideration and care. 😘🫂 Lots of love and happiness🥰❤️💞. Even though the days of internship ended I will always be a St. Goretian and will be there... as Sr Aquina says Iam their's daughter and my husband is son-in law.🥰❤️.

 Today the first session was taken by Maya teacher. Teacher taught us about ' Paradigm shift'.  " Teaching is a combination of arts and science". At the end of the session we all sang together some malayalam hit  songs. 🎵 After that MEd student teachers from Govt. Training College as a part of internship was officially welcomed by our Principal Dr. K Y Benedict sir.  Then we had Gibi teacher's session. Teacher described us maxims of teaching .  From 'Simple to Complex'.  From 'Known to Unknown'.  From 'Concrete to Abstract'.  From 'Near to Far'.  From 'Specific to General'.  After that we had our optional class.
