 Today our class started with the Assembly by English optional. Also it was our saree day. Assembly started with the College anthem. After that it was followed by prayer song, news reading, campus news reading, thought of the day. Then our principal Dr. K Y Benedict sir published their association name 'Aliferous'. Then Vivek explained the meaning of their logo. Also they donated some books to the library. Today it was a special day. NAAC Mock Visit was conducted in our college. We invited the guests during the Assembly time. English optional conducted the assembly very well. 

First section was our optional class. Deepthi teacher concluded yesterday's discussion 'Qualities of a good teacher'. 


The next class was taken by Ancy teacher. At first she asked questions from previous class. Then she started the next topic from psychology 'Growth and Development'. 
After that she shared some of her life experiences with us. And then some of the students sang songs beautifully. 

And then NAAC peer team came to our class as a part of mock visit and gave some valuable information to us.



In the afternoon session we had library. Then we were involved in the microlevel preparation for NAAC visit. Our 2nd years are really working hard on it. We are there to help them according to their instructions.

 Today it was the third day of our school induction programme. The day started with prayer song and pledge. Sr Deepa and myself observed Mathematics class of Preeja teacher who was teaching in std 10 on the topic 'applications of trigonometry'. She was following analytic method of teaching and students were very active in the class.  After that we got an opportunity to interact with the students. Interaction was very nice. The medium of communication was in English😂. Was afraid about it because I have difficulty in speaking English. But while interacting with the students we could handle it and interaction went on smoothly😊. The school induction program helps me to identify my weakness and helps to overcome it.Really enjoying the days.  While interacting with the students I asked them " what do you think about the good qualities of a teacher?  It was the last day our school internship phase 2. 35 days passed soon providing me lots of memorable experiences. Thank God for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be in here with my own school and own teachers 🥰❤️. We distributed sweets to all teaching and non teaching staff and to all students in our concerned classes. We presented a gift to school as part of our gratitude. Lots of precious moments... Lots of nostalgia... 💞 St Goretti's school is always have a special stand in my life.Thanks to Sr. Aquina, HM of St. Gorettis and my teacher who gave me all consideration and care. 😘🫂 Lots of love and happiness🥰❤️💞. Even though the days of internship ended I will always be a St. Goretian and will be there... as Sr Aquina says Iam their's daughter and my husband is son-in law.🥰❤️.

 Today the first session was taken by Maya teacher. Teacher taught us about ' Paradigm shift'.  " Teaching is a combination of arts and science". At the end of the session we all sang together some malayalam hit  songs. 🎵 After that MEd student teachers from Govt. Training College as a part of internship was officially welcomed by our Principal Dr. K Y Benedict sir.  Then we had Gibi teacher's session. Teacher described us maxims of teaching .  From 'Simple to Complex'.  From 'Known to Unknown'.  From 'Concrete to Abstract'.  From 'Near to Far'.  From 'Specific to General'.  After that we had our optional class.
