International Seminar Days

 The International seminar conducted by our MTTC family was on March 3,4&5. It was a great opportunity for all of us. The conference was conducted on the topic "Incremental Changes in Instructional Strategies and Research in Higher Education. The conference was officially started on 3rd March @9am. The welcome address was given by Dr. V Reghu sir. Special talk on subject theme was given by Dr Rajan Varghese. 

 Later, in the afternoon it was the time for paper presentations. Our optional had to attend the session of 'Blended Learning' in which Shiny teacher was the teacher in charge. The session started with a prayer song by Keerthi and welcome speech was given by Nandana. About 20 presentations were there. The resource persons presented were Dr Lissy, Dr Mini and Dr Rosamma Philip. They gave the participants good feedback and suggestions. The session was ended at 5.45pm.

 The second day of International conference had paper presentation competition. It started at 9.30am and ended at 1.30pm. So many participants presented their seminar papers very neatly and confidently. The general session was started in the afternoon. In this session Dr Rajeev Sathyadevan presented a talk on 'MOOC'. Then, Dr Ashok Bhattacharya presented special talk on 'Life long learning in Indian Context' and it was followed by a QA session. 

 On the third and final day of International Seminar, we got excellent presentations from famous resource persons. First, the presentation was done by Prof Karpaga Kumaravel. Then the theme presentation of Dr Amarendra Pani and Dr Joseph Mar Thomas was followed. After that Valedictory session was started. Validatory address was given by Prof. Arun Kumar. Then the winners for the paper presentations were declared by Dr K Y Benedict sir and Dr V Reghu sir. The session came to an end with national anthem. 

 Thus the three day international seminar successfully completed and felt proud to become a part of it.
